Dr. Sambursky started on his path to becoming a renowned Prosthodontist (specialist in dentistry) in 1982 when he entered Syracuse University. There he majored in microbiology and immunology before earning his Bachelor’s in Biology. After gaining his Bachelor’s degree, Dr. Sambursky went on to the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine. Dr. Sambursky has also completed the 6-week Externship in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University, during his dental school studies and graduated in 1990.

The work inspired Dr. Sambursky to seek additional training in Aesthetic dentistry (also known commonly as cosmetic dentistry), dentures, and Implant dentistry through a postdoctoral specialty residency in Prosthodontics at Eastman Dental Center which is part of the University of Rochester. It is this specialized training and dedication that has carried on for 29 years, as Dr. Sambursky has helped patients regain confident healthy smiles. Dr. Sambursky is currently a clinical professor at the University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health. It is here where he mentored Prosthodontic residents for 17 years.

Dr. Sambursky was the first dentist to train in Hybridge Dental Implants in 2008 and currently lectures and trains dentists to be able to provide Hybridge both the surgical and prosthetic sides.

A firm believer in continuing education, Dr. Sambursky is a perpetual student and exceeds continuing education requirements on a regular basis.

Dr. Sambursky lectures yearly to the Broome Community College Dental Hygiene program about Prosthodontics and has done so since 1993.

Dr. Mark Dreher joined Dental Solutions of Binghamton in July 2022 after merging his business, Oral Surgery Associates of the Southern Tier. He is providing Hybridge surgery as well as continuing to accept referrals for general oral surgery, including extractions, bone grafting, implant placement, 3rd Molar surgery, biopsies and pre-prosthetic surgery. He also offers IV sedation and general anesthesia to his patients.

Dr. Dreher studied dentistry at Columbia University in New York, New York, and medicine at LSUHSC in Shreveport, Louisiana.

He also completed a 1-year internship in general surgery and a 6-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at LSUHSC. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently licensed to practice dentistry, medicine and dental anesthesia in New York.

Dr. Luk B. Beckles is a native New Yorker who was born and raised in Harlem, NY. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia, before enrolling at Howard University College of Dental Medicine to pursue his dental education.

While attending Howard University, Dr. Beckles helped revivethe Student Research Program, an achievement that contributed to severalacademic honors and awards. One of his studies involving the use of Nd lasersin dental treatment was published, and he also served as Student CouncilPresident during his time there.

After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, Dr. Beckles returned to New York City to continue his advanced training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He completed the institution's highly competitive Prosthodontic Residency program, served as Chief Resident, and earned both his Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science (MS) degree.

Today, Dr. Beckles focuses on helping patients restore healthy, confident smiles through advanced prosthodontic care. Drawing on his extensive education and specialty training, he develops personalized treatment solutions designed to improve function, comfort, and aesthetics while supporting long-term oral health.
