Before you upload. This tool uses artificial intelligence to create a simulated preview of your smile. To do that, it collects a photograph of your face and derives data from it, including facial landmarks and facial geometry, which may be considered biometric information under the laws of some states. That information is used only to generate your simulation. It is not used for facial recognition or identification, and it is not sold. Your photograph is processed by SmileGen, operated by BiteBot, our smile simulation provider, and is deleted by them within 30 days. If you submit your contact information, your photograph and your simulated image are also sent to us and to your local Hybridge provider so we can follow up with you. By uploading a photograph, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the photograph is of you, and that you consent to this collection and use.
